Coaching Alchemy with Francesco Bianchi

WHAT? A meetup on Professional Coaching for Agile Superpowers on Wednesday 14th at 6pm BST

SO WHAT? Participants will have a chance to explore in isolation the 3 key ingredients of Professional Coaching "listening, thinking, questioning" and at the end they will be able to coach and to be coached in a controlled environment

NOW WHAT? With a deeper understanding of what Professional Coaching is, participants will be able to understand how they can improve their skills or if & how a Coach could help them

The session will be highly interactive and will require some deep thinking. Some of that thinking will be done in isolation, some together with a thinking partner. Come armed with pen & paper and ready to turn on your webcam for the exercises in pair.

We'll wrap up the session sharing concrete pointers on how to move forward.

Francesco is an Agile Coach with a strong passion for Visualization techniques and experiential learning. He loves bringing people together and so you will often find him organising events or crashing the chats of some meetup. He is currently supporting an Agile Transformation involving more than 200 teams and 4000 people.
