"An Agile Coach who Teaches Project Mgmt... What's up with that?", with Jeff K
Details
Agile Project Management. Is that a thing?
Jeff Kosciejew is an independent Agile Coach, Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator who provides services under the Agile Magic brand. Recently he's also been teaching in the Project Management program at Mohawk College.
What's going on with this? Can an Agile way of thinking coexist with traditional Project Management practices and artefacts? Do Gantt Charts, RACI Charts, RAM Diagrams, Project Charters, EVM, Release Planning, User Stories, Iterations, BDD, LCM, Visual Management, CFDs, Kanban boards, and LRF all somehow work together? And, did Jeff make up some of those acronyms, or are they all real things?
Join us for a quick look at how some of these elements might fit together, and how they may (or may not) be applicable to consider.
Jeff Kosciejew is an Agile Coach, Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator. He's worked with leaders and teams of both large and small organizations across a wide variety of industries, sharing his experiences with others through stories. He holds a variety of certifications but finds his experience much more valuable. Some of the things Jeff has done can be found on his website: https://www.agilemagic.ca/. And yes, he really is a magician. Jeff finds it amusing to write about himself in the third person.
