Join us at our Agile Welly Meetup, for an engaging opportunity to look back on 2024, the successes and the opportunities to explore the unknowns, let’s take time to lean into reflection and our intentions for the new year ahead.

Self-reflection and introspection are important activities that can help us grow and develop by looking inward instead of outward. Research has found that reflection can improve understanding of the context we work in, transform our perspective, deepen our understanding and help us to re-appreciate the things in our life, including the work that we do.

We often just keep moving without taking stock of where we’ve been. This activity helps to halt that cycle, offering clarity on emotional patterns that can shape a better, more intentional future.
