AI is no longer a side experiment - it is an integral part of how modern teams organize, deliver value, and scale impact.

In this episode, host Sanjay Saini sits down with Chris Dibbern, a Flight Levels Professional and AI Product Owner, who is currently orchestrating a cross-functional team of 45 AI agents running in production. Rather than treating AI as mere software tooling, Chris designs and manages these agents as distinct team members on Flight Level 2 using n8n-based technologies.
From Research Managers and Executive Assistants to Flowmasters and Sales Support, discover how an outcome-oriented "team of teams" operates when the members are autonomous agents.
In this session, we explore:

• The AI Product Owner: How servant leadership principles translate into managing and leading AI agents.
• Agent Team Health: What "team health" actually means for AI Flight Level systems running in production.
• n8n Orchestration: How n8n enables scalable, observable, and adaptable AI workflows across departments (HR, Sales, Marketing, PM).
• Agile AI: Why cross-functionality and agility matter just as much for AI teams as they do for human ones.
• The New Leadership Mandate: Who is ready to orchestrate AI responsibly via Flight Level 2 Systems?

• Are your competitors accelerating their product development cycles using GenAI?

If you answered YES to any of these, it is time to transition from a manual task-doer into an AI Orchestrator. You are invited to join our intensive, one-day workshop.
