• 7:15 PM: Takeaways and wrap-up
• 7:30 PM: Continue conversations informally (optional)

### About Your Facilitator

Katharina Kettner brings her expertise as a professional facilitator and coach to facilitate our discussion. She will channel our passion for Agile and guide us through our end-of-year planning, while ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
