Self Managing Organisations are outperforming traditional organisations in various industries throughout the world, making their competitors have to pause and think. They are outperforming in all the success metrics, but what makes some succeed and some not, what are the factors they pay attention to that make it work?
Join us to examine factors that the most successful organisations pay close attention to, increasing the odds of success and ensure sustainability and scalability and to outperform others in their industries.
Alidad and Dave will bring examples from the field, looking at a few self-managing organisations across a range of industries. We will also go a little deeper into one to see how they stack up against these key performance factors.
What you can expect is to have a new lens to use to examine if your organisation has what it takes and the areas that you might need to work on to have a similar shift in your organisation.
