This meetup will have two different topic discussions facilitated by two different facilitators.

1. "Building a culture and talent to enable innovation in a remote & hybrid workplace" is a 90-minute activity-based workshop by Chithra Ramachandran. This discussion will take the participants on an explorative journey in open space mode and share experiences, failures, and jokes. Participants will take away pointers and key learning to build culture and talent.

2. Decentralize decision-making to empower people is a 60-minute session by Vivek Jayaraman. This talk will help participants understand the need for decision-making happening at different levels and why it is essential. With practical examples and tools to understand decision-making, this session would be both a talk and as well an activity-rich session.
