We’ll explore common challenges related to bone health (osteopenia/osteoporosis) and muscle strength (sarcopenia), by sharing insights on effective strategies and techniques.

This is also a chance for you to voice your experiences, ask questions, and discuss what resources you feel are needed to support bone and muscle health.

Why Attend?

My name is Rich and I am organizing this event to share my knowledge as an experienced personal trainer on the subject of keeping the body (muscles and bones) strong as we age. This will be a great opportunity for everyone to share what works and doesn't work for them and a way for me to offer suggestions on what you can do to start getting stronger in a very safe, efficient and effective way.
