What is UNA BUENA TARDE?
UNA BUENA TARDE is a queer sober social café by Agua Con Gays Valencia.
The idea is simple: to create alcohol-free social plans where queer people and allies can meet in a warm, casual and low-pressure environment. It’s not a party, not a networking event, and not a language exchange with forced small talk. It’s more like spending a good afternoon/evening in a cozy café with people you might actually want to talk to again.
You can chat, play, read, listen to music, share videos, meet someone new, or simply enjoy being in a queer-friendly sober space.
How does it work?
When you arrive, we’ll welcome you, check your ticket and help you settle in. If you come alone, don’t worry — we can introduce you to a table, a game, or a few people so you don’t have to awkwardly figure it out by yourself.
You can grab coffee, tea, water or snacks, sit down, join a board game, pick a conversation card, suggest a song or video for the shared queue, browse books or magazines, or just chill for a bit.
There is no strict schedule and no pressure to participate in everything. The event is designed so you can move at your own rhythm.
