Ahiah Health and Wellness Faire

Saturday, September 20th, from 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, we will be gathering at Ahiah Center for Spiritual Living in Pasadena, California for a Health and Wellness Faire—a full day dedicated to renewal, inspiration, and community connection.

This Faire will be brimming with opportunities to nurture body, mind, and spirit. You’ll find offerings ranging from meditation, forgiveness practices, and spiritual tools for coping with anxiety, to nonviolent communication, nutrition, sound baths, movement classes (pilates, tai chi, qi gong, ten internal skills, Tao Tan Pai), breathwork, Enneagram, soul collage, astrology, tarot, and more. We’ll also have children’s activities for ages 5 and up, making this a family-friendly day of discovery and joy.
