Discuss a volunteer project

I am so thrilled as this is our first event. It is on education, which is an important aspect to survive today. The government has provided the society with Municipal schools. These schools lack a lot of resources compared to private schools. It might be silly to compare private and government schools.
We would like to try so that they are on the same teaching altitudes when it comes to education. To do our tiny part in the process we provide these kids with notebooks and other stationaries. And a leap of faith that we can some day provide them with computer training as well.
To motivate these kids to do better in school, we will be taking them on a picnic this year. For this we need volunteers and of course funds. We need volunteers who can take time out and teach these kids the basics. We would like to start with computers, English language, art & craft.
