Designing Collaborative Intelligence Campus is a continuation of the Illinois AI Workforce Development Roundtable, advancing the statewide conversation from strategy to action. Building on insights from leaders across education, industry, workforce development, and government, this convening focuses on how Illinois can intentionally design campus-to-career ecosystems that prepare students and entry-level professionals for success in the AI economy.
At the center of the event is the concept of Collaborative Intelligence—how humans and AI systems work together—and what it means for curriculum design, early-career pathways, employer engagement, and workforce policy. The discussion will focus on translating this concept into practical models that equip learners with Human + AI skills aligned to real workforce needs.
