Team Dynamics After AI

For this online event, we will have the opportunity to receive Duncan Brown as a speaker. Duncan is a strong, empathetic leader who coaches technical teams and their leaders to be effective decision makers, championing and empowering good people regardless of rank.
He is a skilled software engineer with 15 years' experience delivering products that work for users.

After a brief introduction of our community, Duncan will share his journey on AI with us and team dynamics after AI through his experience leading an AI-driven team.

Abtract :
An account of my experience leading an AI-driven team implementing AI services for the UK Public sector. With reflections on the ecology of the software ecosystem that supports AI tools, the team relationships AI disrupts, and the feedback mechanisms that support both of them.

About Duncan :
Duncan is the CTO for Digital Prevention Services (https://www.digital-prevention-services.nhs.uk/) at the UK National Health Service.
His previous job was head of software engineering at the Incubator for AI (https://ai.gov.uk/). Before that He worked in startups in edtech and publishing.
