For this online event, we will have the opportunity to receive Adam Tornhill as a speaker.
After a brief introduction of our community, Adam will deep dive on Agentic AI Coding by sharing his journey on AI and Best Practice Patterns for Speed with Quality.

Abstract:
This year marks a fundamental shift. I've been coding for almost 40 years, 30 of those professionally, and yet I'm now at a point where 100% of my production code is written and maintained by AI agents. I'm not alone: companies at the forefront of the agentic AI revolution report the same pattern.

But let's not get carried away by hype. This shift didn't come for free. Agentic coding requires more rigor, more structure, and higher code quality, not less. This talk presents the concrete patterns and engineering practices that enable teams to move fast with AI while maintaining reliability and control.

When agents gain visibility into code quality, maintainability, and change risk, their behavior shifts. Attendees will learn the patterns that operationalize that feedback and how to embed objective signals into everyday workflows.
