About us

TL;DR; This is the groups for enthusiasts of AI agents. We host talks, hackathons and networking events.

If you're interested in topics like frameworks for AI agents, multi-agent architectures, creating evals for agents, challenges in using AI agents in real business cases - you're in the right place!

-------

I'm Ivan — I've been building AI-powered products professionally for 7 years, and I've led hackathons, workshops and meetups on AI for a while now. One thing I keep seeing: people learn faster and go further when they do it together. So I want to build a community of agent builders who genuinely amplify each other.
I have things to share from my own practice, but honestly I'm just as hungry to hear what others are building and struggling with.
I'm based mostly in Munich but spend a lot of time in Berlin and have a close connection to Amsterdam — so I've opened meetup groups in all three cities. First events in Munich and Berlin are already scheduled, Amsterdam is coming soon.

On the events — I'm a believer in learning by doing, so these won't be standard workshops. The interesting thing about AI agents is that they don't just work or not work — they work better or worse. That makes agent building naturally competitive, and I'm designing events around that: live building, evaluation, and a bit of friendly competition. I'm preparing challenges for different levels — and I mean that seriously: from people with no software or tech background at all, to seasoned agent builders. If you've never written a line of code in your life, there's a place for you here. I still need to figure out the right balance across levels, and I'd love the community's input on that.

On Discord — I've created a space for knowledge exchange, networking, and figuring all this out between meetups. https://discord.gg/KJDdqXw2N
When you join, drop a message in #introductions — who you are, where you're based, and what you'd love to get out of this community.

One more thing — I genuinely think this is a rare moment. A year ago agents were mostly demos. Today they're in production (I've been lucky enough to be part of that). A year from now the patterns will be set and the early mover advantage will be gone. The people figuring it out now are defining what it becomes. I'd love for this community to be part of that.

Whatever your background, looking forward to meeting you there.

— Ivan

    Note from the organizer
    We're repeating our
pilot event, which was the first experiment with the agent live building format. The pilot event collected a lot of positive feedback, but unfortunately we could not fit all people interested. Now there will be 60 slots, so hopefully it will serve the community better :)

For the ones who attended the pilot one: the principle stays the same but there will be more dynamics in the game and the hard scenarios will get harder. Plus in the last event I have not touch the feature of multi-agent game (multiple agents collaboratively playing on one map), but the functionality is there, so we could also dive into it (available both in API and visual agent builder). So, there will be something new for you as well.

    Event description
Do you want to start building AI agents, but never had a chance to start?
Are you an experienced agent builder and you want to test your skills in a fun environment?
Are you a non-technical person who wants to get a taste of building AI agents?
    Are you an AI agent?

Then come and let’s have some fun.

We will have an AI agent competition. We will build agents and let them compete in how fast they can escape from a dungeon with challenges!

    There will be 2 leagues:

    • Beginners: no skills of agent building of software engineering needed - you will only need a smartphone.
    • Advanced: bring your laptop with your favorite agent development tools

    Prerequisites:

    • a Google account (to sign in into the competition platform)
    • readiness to spend up to 10 EUR on OpenRouter API credits (unless you already have a subscription to some LLM provider allowing API usage)
    • (optional) laptop with your preferred development environment for building agents (alternatively you can use a web-based agent builder from your smartphone, but it only allows relatively simple agent configurations)
