We are a group of Karlsruhe-based developers from different companies that want to embrace the possibilities that new technologies like AI, Cloud and Blockchain bring to the table.
Everyone who wants to learn, discuss, participate or simply listen is welcome in our Meetups.

In our final meetup before the summer break, we’re tackling a topic that resonates especially in Germany: data privacy and digital self-determination. Don’t miss the discussion and, weather permitting, some relaxed barbecue vibes on the rooftop!

After the age of Big Oil, we are now living in the age of Big Data. Whoever controls the data, controls the world. Large tech companies attract users with free digital services such as email and chat, but the true price is high: the loss of privacy and data sovereignty. Open-source solutions do exist, but their usage often remains exclusive to IT professionals. In a world where convenience has become a trap, the question arises: Why has no alternative movement succeeded so far? Is there a way out?
This talk presents new approaches for IT enthusiasts and technically oriented entrepreneurs to reconcile digital freedom and privacy—practical, accessible, and future-oriented.
