Jon Loflin is a Regional Director for Encore, overseeing event technology operations across more than 20 Central Florida venues including Disney’s resort properties and the KPMG Lakehouse. His background in theatrical design, digital media, and e-commerce put him front row for the early days of the information age, which is probably why the arrival of AI felt less like a surprise and more like a pattern he’d seen before. As a member of Encore’s AI Champions group and a recent attendee at the HumanX conference in San Francisco, he’s will share what he saw, what surprised him, and what he thinks actually matters.

"Murylo Schulttais has spent over 17 years building digital products across fintech, marketplace, and entertainment, from launching C6 Bank to leading AI-powered guest experiences at Walt Disney Company. He has taught product leadership to PMs across LatAm and currently builds multi-agent systems as part of his product practice and will showcase Claude Cowork.

All levels are welcome. Engineers, product people, founders, students, curious beginners. If you’re interested in AI and like making things, you’ll feel at home.
