JABRIUM is a startup focused on AI engagement.
We believe the road to genuine AI personal assistants will be fraught with unexpected twists and turns. Solution providers will be caught unaware by high acquisition costs and relentless churn as fickle end users pursue an endless array of options like kids in a candy store, resulting in an equally endless array of unforeseeable societal implications both good and bad.
In the spirit of lean startup philosophy, the winners will be those that can maintain continuing conversations with their customers. But the conversations will be different in that it will no longer involve the point and click interface. Instead it will involve voice-based conversation, between human to human, human to AI, and even AI to AI.
It is when we get to the tactical perspective that the real problem comes to the forefront. Conversation can be expensive and even annoying to end users, causing them to avoid the conversation altogether. What design elements should we consider to make it cheap and easy for AI solution providers to maintain the continuing conversation without alienating end users.
These are the questions we intend to address at the first JABRIUM meetup.
