🏢 Yoel Gonzalez – How AI is redefining Tech Engineers in the Workplace
Yoel will show you what happens when a team stops writing code by hand and AI agents take over the mechanical work — coding, testing, deploying — and what's left to you is: Judgment. This talk traces the shift from waterfall, to agile, to AI-native — where AI sits at the center. Take a first-hand look at how teams are actually making that shift, and what it signals about where software, and work itself, are headed next.

🎤 Les Echem - Building Apps from Workflows and Rules with AI
Les will demo a platform that lets non-technical domain experts build applications from their specifications alone. It keeps the domain expert in the loop on all critical product decisions and also automatically pulls in a software engineer for critical technology decisions.

💊 Track 2: AI in Medtech
---------------------------------

👤 Ornela Xhelili – Lessons from Building Multi-Agent Systems for Medtech
Ornela will share practical lessons from building a multi-agent system on top of a mature backend in the regulated healthcare analytics space. We’ll look at reusing existing APIs as agent tools, designing security boundaries around prompt injection, and using domain experts and evals to iterate on agent quality.

📈 Julien Delaunay - How AI Agents Turn Complex Medical Records into Insights
Julien will demonstrate how his team built an integrated application and agentic chatbot powered by the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The platform provides a complete environment leveraging MCP within an agent architecture. The system queries clinical databases via SQL, extracts insights from raw medical records, maintains user-specific memory, and adapts to various roles across the organization (doctors, researchers, clinic admin, etc.).
