See all- AI Exchange July ft. Altrum AI, Snyk, Cambridge ConsultantsSnyk, London
We’re back at Snyk’s Euston HQ for Julys AI Exchange, taking place on Thursday 10th July.
This event brings together a great mix of expert speakers shaping where AI is heading, with talks from; Altrum AI, Snyk and Cambridge Consultants.
Gurpreet Dhindsa (Altrum AI) will tackle one of the biggest challenges in enterprise AI today: how to scale Generative AI safely and responsibly. As businesses struggle with unpredictable outputs, data privacy concerns, and shifting regulatory landscapes, Gurpreet will share practical strategies for managing these risks head on.
Sonya Moisset (Snyk) will explore the growing trend of AI generated code and the serious security risks it brings. As AI transforms how we write software, this talk will dive into common vulnerabilities in AI assisted code, how to evaluate its safety, and the secure practices needed to keep pace.
Frank Long (Cambridge Consultants) will explore how we can architect and manage the next generation of AI systems at scale. He will introduce the concept of Hierarchical Intelligence, a layered approach where AI models, from foundation LLMs to edge agents, collaborate seamlessly.
The full agenda can be found below.
Doors open at 6:30pm with talks starting at 7pm sharp.
There is a tight capacity limit for this event, and our previous Meetups have filled up fast. So. if you’re planning to join us, make sure you RSVP early to secure your spot.
This event will be run in collaboration with our good friends at the DevSecCon community, visit them here

Agenda:Gurpreet Dhindsa, CEO & Co-Founder @ Altrum AI
"Crossing the Generative AI Chasm: Managing Risks for Safe, Secure, and Compliant AI Adoption"Generative AI is reshaping enterprise innovation—but adoption at scale remains elusive due to mounting risks around unpredictable outcomes, data privacy, compliance, and rapidly evolving regulations. In this talk, Gurpreet explores how organisations can break through these barriers by proactively managing Generative AI risks.
Learn practical strategies for real-time risk monitoring, automated compliance enforcement, and no-code governance that empower businesses to deploy Generative AI safely, securely, and compliantly—unlocking transformative value without compromise.
Sonya Moisset, Staff Developer Advocate @ Snyk
"Securing Vibe Coding: Addressing the Security Challenges of AI-Generated Code"The rise of Vibe Coding—using AI tools for code generation—has boosted software development by enhancing productivity and accessibility. However, this paradigm shift introduces significant security challenges that cannot be overlooked.
This presentation covers the multifaceted security implications of Vibe Coding, emphasising the necessity for robust mitigation strategies:- Transformation of software development and how vibe coding is reshaping traditional workflows and the associated considerations
- Common vulnerabilities in Vibe Coding or how to identify security flaws inherent in AI-generated code (like a top 10)
- Evaluating AI-Generated code security to assess the reliability of code produced through Vibe Coding methodologies and the potential introduction of vulnerabilities
- Implementing secure coding practices to highlight the importance of integrating these practices within AI-assisted development environments to maintain code integrity
- Scalability and security challenges where we talk about architectural strategies to build AI-generated applications
Frank Long, Associate Director @ Cambridge Consultants
"Hierarchical intelligence, AI Factories, and the Future of Real-World AI"As AI models and agents proliferate – from massive foundation LLMs to nimble edge agents – how do we build and manage these diverse intelligent systems at scale? This talk dives into an architectural vision for designing hierarchical intelligent AI systems.
We'll explore how AI Factories provide the powerhouse for development, training, and governance of complex models, while Fog Compute empowers localised, context-aware intelligence. Discover the principles of Hierarchical Intelligence, where different tiers of AI collaborate, enabling more resilient, context-aware, and efficient AI systems. We'll discuss practical considerations for architecting these distributed systems and how this approach is crucial for moving beyond PoCs to robust, real-world AI applications across industries.
Hopefully we will see you all there!
