It’s been quite a month! There’s been a lot of buzz around rising compute costs, local LLMs for enterprises, and some fascinating comparisons to the days when people rented mainframe time before personal desktops changed everything.

That makes this meetup feel especially timely. We’ll be taking a friendly, practical look at what it takes to build and run a local LLM for your own private use, and why more people are starting to explore that path.
