This is a casual, biweekly meetup where business owners and operators talk through real problems and figure out together what's actually worth automating and what's better solved with a simpler tool and a good process.
No slide decks, no presentations, no vendor pitches. You bring what's on your mind, a process that's buried your team, a system that should work better than it does, something you've been meaning to fix for six months and we work through it as a group.
I'm a software architect and automation builder. I'll listen to what you're dealing with and sketch out how I'd solve it on the spot, in plain language. Sometimes that involves AI. More often it's a well-designed workflow or a smarter use of tools you already have. The best solutions are boring, reliable, and cheap to run.
