AI for Business Owners — Chicago

TRY AN EXERCISE BEFORE THE WORKSHOP

Copy the complete prompt, try the fictional notes, then check that Luis’s missing due date stays “Not set.” The Kit needs no signup or email.
Want help getting started or checking a first attempt? Bring one task or question to our Facebook group:

When the day gets busy, the next step can disappear into notes, messages and memory. Let’s turn that pile into something you can actually work from.
This is our opening workshop: a small, practical hour with Jonas and other business owners. We’ll ask what is helping, adjust the pace together and leave room for honest feedback.
Tuesday, November 10, 2026 | 6:30–7:30 PM Eastern | Online workshop
Join online from anywhere. All times are Eastern.
We’ll turn fictional business notes into a clear action list, catch a tempting mistake and try the method ourselves. Bring one small recurring task in mind; you can use our example for every step.
TAKE HOME
• A checked action list showing who owns each step, supported dates and questions still to resolve.
• The complete prompt and review checklist to use again.
• One suitable task and a seven-day plan to try it.
OUR HOUR
6:30 PM — Welcome, choose one task and tell us what would help.
6:37 PM — Prepare a safe example.
6:40 PM — Watch the method and catch a mistake.
6:50 PM — Build your action list.
7:02 PM — Check the facts and make corrections.
7:11 PM — Get focused help or try an optional peer check.
7:17 PM — Save your reusable process.
7:22 PM — Choose your next trial.
7:25 PM — Questions and honest feedback.
7:27 PM — Optional: how supported setup works.
Start here if you have tried AI but still need a practical way to check and use the result.
FIRST TIME?
Beginners are welcome. No coding or paid AI plan is needed. Use an AI tool you already have access to, or work from the supplied example and worksheet. Bring a laptop if you can; no account setup is required during the hour.
JOINING & PRIVACY
RSVP here for meeting details. Join with your RSVP name and wait for the host to admit you. Keep the meeting link within the registered group. Use our fictional case; leave customer details and confidential material out. Camera, microphone and sharing your work are optional. We will not record.
Your feedback is welcome as we go: tell us what helps, what is confusing or what you would like next. Feedback is optional, too.
