AI for Everyone is a monthly discussion group dedicated to exploring the exciting world of artificial intelligence from a positive, low-tech, and accessible perspective. Whether you're a student, a professional, a retiree, or just someone who wants to understand how AI is impacting our lives today and tomorrow, you'll find a welcoming space here.
What We Do:
We believe that our understanding of AI is a community effort, and our discussions are guided by that spirit. We'll explore a new topic each month, covering everything from generative AI and its creative uses to the ethical questions and future possibilities of this technology.
There's no need for any prior knowledge—just bring your curiosity! We'll talk about how AI is changing our daily lives, discuss the tools and services available to everyone, and share tips and ideas in a friendly, open setting.
When and Where We Meet:
We meet on the last Thursday of every month at the Rochester Library Main Branch from 6-7pm. Come join us, get to know your neighbors, and be a part of a conversation that's shaping our world.
What We Are:

- Hopeful: We believe AI is the greatest tool for increasing human potential in a generation.
- Accessible: No jargon, no complex code, and no expensive software.

- Dystopian (We leave the fear-mongering to others).
- Academic (We focus on use, not theory).
- Exclusive (No prior tech knowledge is needed, ever).
