AI is changing careers, businesses, and entire organizations. The "AI Friendly" Summit is two days of practical, interactive learning designed to help you understand what’s useful now, build real skills, and put AI to work.

REAL AI, NOT HYPE
Learn what’s actually working with AI right now, what’s coming next, and how people are using it in the real world. Expect practical examples, case studies, live demonstrations, candid conversations, and hands-on learning.

BUILT FOR ALL LEVELS

* Beginners:
You’ll learn the fundamentals and get comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to save time, solve everyday problems, improve productivity, and turn ideas into working apps for yourself and others.

* Intermediate users:
You’ll build stronger skills, improve workflows, and discover more powerful ways to apply AI in your work. You’ll learn how to get better results from AI, automate repetitive tasks, connect tools and data, build smarter workflows, and turn AI into a practical advantage in your day-to-day work.

* Corporate users, team leaders, and enterprise decision-makers:
You’ll explore AI strategy, implementation, automation, adoption, and real-world use cases at scale. You’ll learn how organizations are using AI to work more efficiently, automate key processes, improve decision-making, manage change, and create measurable business value.

EVERY SESSION IS INTERACTIVE
This isn’t a two-day sit-and-watch conference. Bring a laptop, tablet, or phone with access to at least one AI platform. Free versions are fine. You’ll follow along, experiment, and put what you’re learning into practice throughout the Summit.

FOUR LEARNING TRACKS

1. AI for Career Growth
Build AI skills that help you work smarter, increase your value, and prepare for a changing job market.

2. AI for Small Business Growth

CONNECT, COLLABORATE, AND GROW
Meet professionals, business owners, leaders, practitioners, and other people learning how to use AI.
Connect through sessions, small-group exercises, networking breaks, exhibits, and conversations throughout both days.

Your General Admission ticket includes both days and access to all four learning tracks. Pick the sessions that matter most to you and build your own Summit experience.

Yes! Your $99 General Admission ticket includes admission on both November 4 and 5, 2026, with access to sessions across all four learning tracks. Build your own schedule around your goals, whether you're focused on career advancement, business growth, or AI skills.

3. Who should attend the AI Friendly Summit?

The Summit is for professionals, small business owners, corporate teams, students, and anyone eager to use AI in the real world. Whether your goal is career growth, business results, or enterprise innovation, you'll find practical sessions and people to learn with.

4. Is the Summit appropriate for beginners, intermediate users, and advanced AI users?

Yes! Beginners can learn the fundamentals, intermediate users can sharpen their skills and improve workflows, and advanced users can explore sophisticated applications. Enterprise leaders can focus on strategy, implementation, and scaling AI across their organizations.

5. What will I actually learn at the AI Friendly Summit?

You'll explore practical ways to use AI in your career, business, or organization through demonstrations, expert insights, and interactive exercises. Visit https://AIFriendlySummit.com/agenda for the latest confirmed agenda.

6. How hands-on and interactive are the sessions?

Most classrooms use our 10-20-10 model: 10 minutes of instruction, 20 minutes applying AI individually or in small groups, and 10 minutes sharing takeaways and Q&A. You'll practice throughout the day. Main-stage panels and expert talks use a different presentation format.

7. What are the four learning tracks?

The four tracks are AI for Career Growth, AI for Small Business Growth, AI for Enterprise Growth, and Hands-On Workshops. They cover practical applications for individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. Choose sessions that match your interests and experience.

8. Can I attend sessions from different learning tracks?

Yes! Your General Admission or VIP ticket includes access to all four tracks on both days. Mix career, small business, enterprise, and workshop sessions to create your own experience. Check the agenda as sessions are confirmed and choose what matters most to you.

9. Is the Summit valuable for corporate teams and enterprise leaders?

Absolutely. Our AI for Enterprise Growth track explores strategy, implementation, automation, and organization-wide adoption. Leaders and teams can examine real-world applications, strengthen AI skills, and discover ways to create measurable business value.

10. Can I purchase tickets for my team?

Yes! Group discounts are available for purchases of 10 or more tickets. Email support@kynexpro.com with the subject 'AI Friendly group discount.' Include your group size, contact information, and company. We'll follow up with pricing and availability. All sales are final.

11. What is included with a VIP ticket?

VIP includes everything in General Admission, plus a Microsoft Surface tablet ($1,199 value) for the first 25 VIP registrants, a pre-Summit networking dinner, priority seating, lunch both days, a private lounge with refreshments, and access to recordings where speaker permissions allow.

12. Do I need a paid AI subscription, or are free versions okay?

Free AI accounts are fine for the vast majority of sessions. A few classes require paid AI subscriptions to participate, typically costing $20–$30/month. Check AIFriendlySummit.com/agenda before attending for specific classroom requirements and any paid tools needed.

13. What should I bring to the Summit?

Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with access to at least one AI platform. Create your account and test your login before arriving so you're ready to participate. A laptop may make some exercises easier, but you can use whichever AI-supported device works for you.

14. Do I need access to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another AI platform?

Yes. You'll need access to at least one AI platform, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another tool you prefer. You don't need to install or subscribe to all three. Create your account beforehand and make sure you can log in on the device you're bringing.

15. Is food or beverage service available, and can I bring my own?

Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside The Dubois Center. VIP guests receive catered lunch on both days, plus snacks and drinks in the private VIP lounge each day. General Admission guests can choose from several restaurants within a 10-minute walk from the venue.

16. Where is the Summit being held, and where should I park?

The Summit takes place at The Dubois Center in Uptown Charlotte, November 4–5, 2026. Ample paid parking is available in the surrounding area. Nearby facilities use QR codes for payment, so bring your phone and allow extra time to park and arrive before your session.

17. What is the refund or ticket-transfer policy?

Because seating is limited, all ticket sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, so please confirm your availability and attendee information before purchasing. If plans change, we cannot issue a refund or transfer the registration to someone else.
