### What happens at Connect | PitchLab?

HardTech × AI Connect is part mastermind, part live pitch session:

1. Connect + Warm Start
Informal networking with fellow hardware + AI builders.

2. Mastermind - Round
Everyone shares what they’re working on, stuck on, or experimenting with.
No pressure — early ideas are welcome. However, what you provide in insight to others are what you can expect back.

3. PitchLab Session (optional)
Anyone can step up to pitch (no deck required, but definitely welcome).
The group gives constructive feedback on clarity, feasibility, GTM, and next steps.
If there are multiple pitches, we vote a winner for the night.

4. Spotlight Reward
The winner — or standout contributor if no pitches — receives a 1-on-1 session with an industry professional to help accelerate their next milestone.
