This group is for directors, VPs, and senior leaders responsible for how software gets built and shipped — whether you carry a traditional engineering title or lead from product, operations, or a role that didn't exist five years ago. If you're guiding AI adoption across teams, making strategic hiring decisions, rethinking workflows, or wrestling with quality and governance as AI tools change the work — this is your room.
We focus on the leadership-level challenges that come with AI in software organizations: talent assessment, team development, architecture decisions, tool strategy, and who's now contributing to code. We get into the hard questions: How do you hire when AI changes what skills matter? How do you keep quality up when code ships faster? What does your team structure look like in two years? This is not a space for tool demos or introductory content. We assume you're already in the work.
Formats include presentations, panel conversations, roundtable discussions, and time to connect. No hype, no pitches — just peers working through the same problems.
