Meet next to the drinking fountain at 10:00:
10:00 - 10:10: meet at drinking fountain (///noisy.demand.keeps) + warm-up
10:10 - 10:40: run 5k at a conversation pace (no competition!) (route)
10:40 onwards: coffee + chat at WatchHouse Marble Arch (we usually stay there till 1400)
