AI is becoming part of our everyday work - from planning and communication to decision-making and strategy.

And for many leaders, one question keeps coming back:
Where does AI really help - and where do people matter most?

At this AI Leaders meetup, we’ll explore this together through real examples and open conversation. We’ll share several examples from our consulting work: how teams are using AI in practice, what actually improved results, and what created confusion. We’ll look at the moments when AI really makes work easier and smarter - and the moments when human judgment, context, and empathy are essential.

And just as important: we want to hear your cases too. This meetup is designed to leave space for discussion - for what you’ve tried, what you’re unsure about, and what you’re curious to test next.

Do you automate as much as possible - or keep things “human” and rely mostly on your own judgment?
How do you find the balance - and how do you share responsibility when AI is involved?

This is not a debate about whether AI will replace humans. It’s an open conversation about balance, responsibility, and conscious leadership in the new era - with practical insights you can take back to your team.

Bring your experience, questions, doubts, and curiosity - and let’s think this through together.
