Kicking off the AI Native Engineering meetup with a foundational session: what does it actually mean to build software AI-natively?

We'll work through OpenAI's recently published framework on building AI-native engineering teams — covering how coding agents are reshaping every phase of the software development lifecycle: planning, design, build, test, review, documentation, and deployment. For each phase, we'll talk through what to delegate to agents, what to review, and what humans still need to own.

This first event is part talk, part open discussion. Bring your questions, your war stories, and your skepticism. Whether you're already deep in Claude Code and Cursor or just starting to figure out where AI fits into your team, you'll leave with a clearer mental model and a roomful of people thinking about the same problems.
