AI Native Engineering Lightning Talks: Planning, Agents, and Real Team Workflows
For our second AI Native Engineering meetup, we’re keeping things practical and conversational with short talks and open discussion about how people are actually using AI in engineering work.
We’ll have a lightning talk from Adam Johnson on practical use of planning as a skill: how he uses a structured planning workflow with Linear and other tools to capture intent, organize feature ideas, and make AI-assisted engineering work more repeatable.
We’re also leaving room for another lightning talk or group discussion around topics like coding agents, review workflows, product/design collaboration, evals, security, and what it looks like to build software with AI as part of the team.
This meetup is intentionally casual. You do not need to be an AI expert, and the talks do not need to be polished conference talks. Bring what you’re trying, what’s working, what’s weird, and where you’re still skeptical.
Pizza and drinks provided. See you there.
