About us
A community for everyone curious about how organizations can work better: agile, self-managing, purpose-driven, and now AI-native.
We started as Agile Baden, exploring agile, lean, Teal and learning organizations. Those questions matter more than ever, and they now have a new twist: what happens to teams, roles and decisions when AI agents join the work? This group keeps both threads alive: the human side of organizing, and what AI makes possible.
We meet in person in Basel and in Baden, with the occasional online session, to share real experiences, not sales pitches:
• Agile and lean ways of working, in IT and beyond
• Self-management, Teal and purpose-driven organizations
• Organization development and learning organizations
• Organization design and operating models for the AI era
• Human–AI collaboration: who decides, who is accountable
• Roles, skills and careers as work changes
• Culture, trust and psychological safety in times of change
• Stories from pioneering organizations in Europe, the US and China
Each meetup has a short story from practice, one useful idea or method, and plenty of time for dialogue. Formats rotate between talks, fishbowls, open space and small-group case clinics. Chatham House Rule applies: speak freely, but share no confidential company information.
Everyone is welcome, whatever your role: team members and leaders, product people and engineers, Scrum Masters and agile coaches, HR and OD practitioners, founders, consultants, students and the simply curious. Bring a question you are working on.
