[AI Northbay] Meetup Restart

This is the Meetup formerly known as "North Bay Tech & Entrepreneurship." We are recasting the format to focus on business applications of AI and developer use of LLMs. If you are not interested in applications of AI, feel free to leave the group. No hard feelings!

AI Northbay is a restart of the North-Bay-tech-Entrepreneurs group around AI and LLM. The first meetup will be networking and planning what we want this meetup to be about. We'll add some short talks before next week.

The proposed plan is to hold two meetups monthly. One meetup is focused on high-level business applications of AI tools. The second will be technical, developer focused on developing with and for AI/LLMs.
