AI tools are only as useful as the workflows around them. AI Skill Share is a working session for people who want to get better results from the tools they already use, whether that is ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, or something else. See the setups people rely on, the mistakes they learned from, and the small changes that can turn a generic AI tool into a more reliable collaborator.

Bring your laptop and something interesting to share: a skill, a project instruction file, a useful rule or hook, a workflow that needs a second opinion, or an introduction to yourself. We will trade tactics, open up our configurations, and leave with concrete upgrades to try. You do not need to be an expert; the point is to learn alongside people doing real work with AI.
