This in-person meetup is the perfect way to connect with like-minded folks, get some fresh air, and dive into cool conversations about technology and life. Whether you're a runner or just a coffee lover, come join us for a relaxed, inspiring time in the heart of London!
AI & Society is bringing its Run & Coffee Club to London for one morning only.
Back home in Australia, this is one of our community's favourite rituals — no agenda, no pitch, just a relaxed run followed by a proper sit-down coffee and a chat. We're exporting it for a morning while our founder Sophia is in the UK, and we'd love London's AI & Society community (and anyone curious to join) to come along.
This isn't a race and it isn't a training session — it's a loop through one of London's most iconic parks with people who think about AI, technology, cities and society, followed by the part that actually matters: sitting down together over coffee.
All paces welcome. Walk it, jog it, or run it — the point is the conversation afterwards, not your pace.
📍 Meeting point: Italian Gardens fountain, Kensington Gardens (nearest tube: Lancaster Gate)
⏰ Time: 8:30am meet, 8:35am off — back for coffee by ~9:30am
☕ Coffee stop: Les Filles Cafe, 27 Craven Terrace, London W2 3EL (2 min walk from finish)
💷 Cost: Free — coffee is at your own expense
🏃 Distance: ~5km loop around the Serpentine and Kensington Gardens, easy to extend or cut short
What to bring: Just yourself, trainers.
