EmbliCats is a community of women at Emblica, who share a passion for technology, equality, and professional growth. We are proud of the work we do at Emblica, tackling deep tech challenges on land, sea, air and underground. From robotics and autonomous machines to intelligent data pipelines and predictive sensory systems, we create innovative solutions with passion.
We organize open events to get together with like minded people over breakfast meetups, workshops, afterworks or other activities. We want to exchange ideas, deepen and share our knowledge, support one another, and drive meaningful initiatives that empower women and other groups underrepresented in tech.

EmbliCats' LiDARLab workshop
Emblica, Kaisaniemenkatu 1 B 7th floor, Helsinki, FIWelcome to EmbliCats' LiDARLab, a very hands-on technical workshop focused on physical AI and the practical application of LiDAR technology. Participants will be immersed in the world of spatial data, learning to effectively work with LiDARs and process point cloud data to build real-world AI applications. 🤖
This workshop is designed to create a supportive space, targeted especially towards women and other groups underrepresented in tech. We believe in learning by doing! đź’ś
Prerequisite: Some foundational programming experience (e.g., being able to run scripts on your own machine) is beneficial, but we'll have ready-made solutions and experts on hand to help you jump into the code right away. Your curiosity is the most important tool. 🧠💻
