Episode 3 Ted Talk: "There Is No Code for Curiosity"
by Michael Deperro

AI can serve up answers, but only people ask the questions that matter. As organizations race to integrate new technologies, we risk undervaluing the very thing machines can’t replicate: human curiosity, creativity, and judgment. This talk challenges the idea that efficiency should come at the cost of development, showing how the true power of AI lies in augmenting our people, not replacing them. When we design systems that honor curiosity, we don’t just keep pace with innovation, we lead it. In the age of AI, the winners will be those who invest in their people, not just their tech stack.
