Scott Fitzler is Technical Manager of AI Platforms at Kiewit, where he leads AI adoption to tackle operational challenges and improve efficiency across the organization. With more than two decades of experience in QA, software development, support engineering, and AI integration, Scott brings a rare blend of technical depth and business savvy. A hands-on leader, he has designed and tested AI-powered chatbot agents, championed smart automation strategies, and helped shape Kiewit’s AI roadmap from the ground up.
