For March, we’re diving into one of the most important shifts happening in artificial intelligence right now.... the rise of autonomous agent teams. Autonomous agent teams refers to a group of autonomous agents collaborating, often with humans, to achieve shared objectives.
Session Summary:
Developers are describing what they want in natural language while AI agents write, review, test, and ship the code. This is known as “Vibe Coding” and it’s changing the game in software engineering. Whether you embrace the term or not, the practice is real: frontier models now coordinate as autonomous agent teams that plan, self-correct, and work in parallel, turning plain-language direction into production-grade results.
This session devotes its first half to real-world examples of how coding in plain language and agentic teams are transforming the engineering workflow. The second half asks the question most organizations haven't confronted yet: What happens when you apply those same principles beyond code? When agent teams tackle the messy, unstructured work of the broader enterprise, the implications get very real, very fast. Expect an honest conversation about both the potential and the pitfalls.
## About Our Speaker, Trent Minneman
Trent Minneman is an AI strategist and technology executive focused on helping organizations apply artificial intelligence in practical, high-impact ways. He is co-owner of Marigold ONE11, LLC, an Omaha-based firm specializing in AI applications, digital strategy, and software development for small and mid-sized businesses.
His career spans ecommerce, marketing, analytics, and executive leadership. He has held digital and technology leadership roles at Cabela’s, Oriental Trading Company, Sheplers, Best Year Yet, and Speedway Motors.
Earlier in his career, Trent served as a police officer with the Wichita Police Department - experience that informs his grounded, systems-focused leadership style today.
