THE CONCEPT

A curated, technology-backed speed dating experience designed to help you meet interesting singles in real life — and give you more chances to find your person after the event.

• Curated guest list — registrations are vetted, and not everyone gets accepted
• Safe environment — participants vetted through LinkedIn and social media; most are from the FIGHT CLUB CDMX community
• Privacy first — no public guest list, no WhatsApp group, no sharing of personal details unless you choose to disclose them
• No need to exchange WhatsApp numbers or LinkedIn profiles. Scan the QR code on someone's name tag and let the technology connect you!
• Technology-backed dating pool — create your profile, swipe, match and connect
• The pool grows with every event, so your chances of meeting someone new grow, too

HOW IT WORKS

• Reserve your ticket and wait for approval.
• If accepted, receive your personal landing page.
• Create your profile with a photo, nickname and what you're looking for.
• 24 hours before the event, pre-matching begins using the available dating pool and Tinder-like swiping.
• Meet people through group speed dating dynamics.
• Scan QR codes on name tags to connect through the platform — no awkward contact exchanges required.
• After the event, access the growing singles database to swipe and connect. Your second chance to meet someone you may have missed!
• More events = a bigger dating pool = more possibilities.

THE EVENT

💘 Speed dating starts: 19:00
📍 A lovely venue in La Roma, Mexico City. Exact location sent 24 hours before the event.
👥 Expected: 20–30 people for our first edition. Maximum capacity: 70.
🗣️ Languages: English and Spanish
👔 Dress code: SMART ELEGANT
⏰ Open end.

THE DYNAMICS

• Approximately 5–6 rounds of around 10 minutes each
• ALWAYS GROUP ROTATIONS — no awkward one-to-one interviews!
• Groups of 4, 6 or 8 people, with different rooms or tables and activities to get conversations going
• You must come with a +1 of the opposite gender, or we'll assign you one. Nobody gets left alone!
• You can change rooms or tables
• Prefer to skip the rotations? Chill at the bar in the open social area
• We'll do our best to arrange same-language matches for people who aren't comfortable speaking both English and Spanish
• No pressure to participate in every activity. Come meet people your way.
• WELCOME DRINKS ARE INCLUDED!

Mexican, married to an American.

I’m Ailine. I’m a technologist, project lead, and educator who speaks at tech events and hosts AI workshops. Outside of tech, I love debating philosophy, getting lost in sci-fi novels, and solving escape rooms.
I’m excited to collaborate with Yana on a different kind of speed dating experience. Having been through my share of bad dating experiences and watching my single friends navigate the same frustrations, I know dating can and should feel different. This project is for the past version of me who deserved better, and for my single friends who are still looking for meaningful connections. We all deserve a dating experience that feels safe.
