1. Concept & Architecture (10 min): RAG vs. fine-tuning, where RAG wins
2. Build (35 min):
3. Load docs → chunk → embed (OpenAI/HF)

• Vector store (FAISS/Chroma) + retrieval
• Generation with an LLM (OpenAI/HF Inference)

4. Evaluate (15 min): quick metrics and failure modes
5. Ship (20 min): Gradio UI + Space setup (repo, `app.py`, `requirements.txt`)
6. Q&A + Next Steps (10 min)
