2025 was the year AI agents truly came of age. In this talk, I will review successful agents in 2025 and their notable capabilities. In addition, I will touch upon some important trends for agent development, which include:

1. Self-Learning of Prompts: We will discuss how agents can now "write" and refine their own instructions based on performance metrics, creating self-improving loops that outperform human tuning.
2. Context Engineering: More tokens aren't always better. We will explore advanced context engineering—the art of dynamically structuring, retrieving, and pruning information to give agents exactly what they need.
3. Agent Production Frameworks: How do you orchestrate multi-agent systems reliably? We will review the latest frameworks designed for production.
