Beginners’ Seminar
We hold an intensive seminar several times a year at our dojo for anyone who would like to learn about Aikido or develop their existing knowledge of the art.

The course comprises two 90-minute training sessions, with a tea break in between, during which you can rest or chat with the trainers.

The training covers the following topics:

  • Functional gymnastics and breathing exercises
  • Becoming familiar with the floor through a variety of rolling movements.
  • The most important basic steps of aikido (tai sabaki, tenkan, tai no henka, irimi, etc.).
  • Simple Aikido techniques in partner exercises.

These methods are used to show and practice the core principles. The main idea of this seminar is that practicing slowly helps you learn more quickly.
