Got an AI problem you're struggling to solve? Bring it to the clinic.
AI London Problem Clinic is a new format where we take real AI problems from the community and work through them together with experienced AI practitioners.
No presentations. No vendor pitches. No generic AI hype.
Just real problems, practical discussion and a room full of people who may have seen your problem before.
Your problem could be technical, architectural, product or business related:

  • How do I evaluate an AI agent?
  • Should I use RAG, fine-tuning or something else?
  • How do I take an AI prototype into production?
  • Why isn't my RAG system working?
  • How do I control AI costs?
  • How do I introduce AI into an existing enterprise?
  • Should I build or buy?
  • How do I turn an AI idea into a real product?

You don't need to have the answer. That's the point.
We'll pick a number of problems submitted by attendees and put them to the group. We'll unpack the problem, challenge assumptions and explore possible solutions together.

### Who should join?

AI engineers, software engineers, data scientists, founders, product people, technology leaders and anyone actively building or implementing AI.
You can join simply to learn from other people's problems, or bring a problem of your own.
Come with a problem. Leave with ideas, perspectives and potentially a solution.
This is the first AI London Problem Clinic. If it works, we'll make it a regular community format.
