I am so excited to announce we are ready to resume our in-person gatherings, and the perfect time to kick everything off is during the Spring Equinox when we focus on promoting good mental, physical, and spiritual health and planting seeds to manifest during the Summer Solstice. We will also create the space for you to share one simple practice that others can use or one thing you are grateful for having, or will have soon.

At this family friendly gathering, our time together will include education and light activities led by host, Tya Bolton, including a Qi Gong silent activity, led by long time member Josh Sarratt. This activity involves walking around the park for 30 minutes or so. You'll want to dress comfortably and bring good walking shoes or hiking boots if you plan to partake. This physical activity is not required. We will also plant new seeds as we focus on what we want to grow.

We will gather in person at Anne Springs Close Greenway, and we will meet in front of the glass building entrance after parking; it is a cafe. From there, we'll walk over together to the pavilion area. There is a $12 daily entrance fee to the park.
