Do we really know what customer really want, or are we steering them based on the technical availability to solve problems?
Are we being technology lead to solve the problems that could be solved in a traditional way that is lower cost and more sensible?
When you start to consider, Hardware, Software platforms, microservices, Connectivity platforms, data science, security, is it really worth the effort?
