AIoTHub (formerly IoT North) Community meetup are pleased to present Jennifer Williams in "Privacy and Security in IoT Speech Technologies"
Abstract:
In this talk I will share a portfolio of hot topic privacy and security research thrusts for speech technology that are underway at the University of Southampton. Ranging from audio-visual privacy on hearing assistive devices, to capturing public trust, voice privacy, analysis of pain signals from speech, engagements with AI regulation, and deepfakes. We are always interested in industry engagement and PhD co-sponsorship and are open to exploring multiple ways to collaborate.
