I'm your new host for this meetup, Ed Middlebrooks and two Tuesdays from now my wife Stephanie and I have put together a long overdue Airbnb networking event for you at none other than the new but already infamous Main Event in Wesley Chapel!

A trip up 275 for most of you gets you into our private space at Main Event. There will be networking, food, drinks, games, bowling, laser tag, VR gaming, Pool, Shuffleboard and so much more. The ultimate purpose of this is making new connections in the industry. There won't be any formal classes, just a time to meet, network and talk shop with others in the business. I will be there to talk to you about what we're doing in regards to local ordinances that seek to put us out of business, how we create structure that gives us a massive edge over our home buying competition to increase our portfolio, and what to do about supply and demand that has caused turbulence in our market. Just come talk to me to learn more. Main Event has graciously set aside quiet space and a special menu for our group so let's meet, talk shop, eat, drink and then stay and play games and have fun with our new connections.
