China Lake Museum
Since its beginning in 1943, China Lake has accomplished a long list of "Technical Firsts" in its laboratories and on its Test and Evaluation Ranges. The history of the China Lake Military Mission is unique indeed. The Museum preserves and displays many unique achievements in naval air and surface armament and technology.
Maturango Museum
The mission of the Maturango Museum is to preserve, interpret, and develop an appreciation for the natural and cultural history of the Northern Mojave Desert through research and education in the natural and physical sciences, and promote the arts

Schedule of Events:
0800 Arrive Inyokern Airport (KIYK) A light Breakfast will be served 0900 Van departs Inyokern Airport for China Lake
1000 Tour China Lake Museum (Private Guided Tour)
1145 Lunch at the Ridgecrest Pizza Factory on your own
1300 Tour Maturango Museum (Private Guided Tour) 1500 Depart Ridgecrest for Inyokern Airport

Cost is $25 per individual. Covers Museum Entrances, Transportation & Light Breakfast
