Salesforce Learning Opportunities

ABSTRACT:
The rapid pace of digital transformation is fueling massive growth in cloud technologies. As IT Professionals we should all be very interested in learning as much as we can about cloud technologies, whether we are seasoned veterans or just beginning our careers.

As many of you are already aware, Salesforce is a leading cloud solution. Over 150,000 companies across every major vertical grow their businesses with Salesforce. According to this year’s IDC Salesforce Economy Study, Salesforce and its global ecosystem of partners will create $1.6 trillion in new business revenues and add 9.3 million new jobs by 2026.

Tim will be speaking about learning opportunities in the Salesforce ecosystem including Trailhead. Trailhead is Salesforce's free training site that has over 1,100+ modules, quizzes, and hands-on activities. The whole platform is designed to deliver a gamified experience, making learning engaging and the content very approachable. Come join us at our next meeting on October 18th to learn more about Salesforce.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Tim Mott is a highly credentialed IT professional with exceptional experience in agile project methodology, team building, and large-scale business transformations. He has been in IT all his life and has been working in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 10 years. Tim is presently the Global Head of the Salesforce Platform COE at Olympus. In his present role, he is responsible for driving global solution delivery for the Salesforce platform. This includes the formation of a new global COE that leverages and scales the best practices of each region throughout the enterprise.

We will be meeting in-person. If you are planning to join us for the in-person optional networking dinner at 6 PM, there is a $20 fee via cash or check at the door. If you are not planning for dinner, please join us at 7 p.m. complimentary presentation (in-person or online).
